Are there really so many hackers?

I’m curious, I’ve been watching my replays you know to learn how to improve. I am gold by the way. While doing that I also watched the enemy DPS, and I can’t help but think it looks like every other one is decently hacking. Or is it just the replay messing with me?
Pls don’t make comments like “Skill issue”. I know there are people better than me and there always will. I’ve also seen hackers who give a fuck if it’s obvious or not. I don’t know much about hacking, but what if there are more of them than you think and it really is that easy. I recently saw a video where streamers were caught live doing it and before you thought they were just so good. And with the hackers doing it obviously you realize that Blizzard’s anti-cheat software is not good enough.
After watching the replays I feel like there are hackers in every 3rd or 4th game…
