Oil is crystal clear, is there something wrong?

2009 Camry 4cyl

Had my oil pan removed and gasket replaced; it had a small leak. Had the oil changed.

I’ve driven for about 3 days and my oil on the dipstick still look crystal clear. I am now concerned because I’ve only seen ever seen the oil of the stick a dark color.

Is there something wrong? Might it be that the oil is not actually getting circulated in the engine?

Would my oil light go on if the oil was not being circulated?
