If you read and dont know how to help could i ask a upvote to maybe someone who had this issue sees this post?

Basically, I’ve been playing Rainbow Six Siege since 2017. I started on Xbox One and over the years, I’ve spent more than $1000 on the game (for R6 share skins, year passes, etc.). At some point, I switched to PC, where I currently play. However, some time ago, I decided to check my Xbox account because I have a lot of rare items on it. To my surprise, the account is now basically at level 0 with no operators or items, as if it were a fresh new account. I still have the achievements for the account, and I downloaded my data, which clearly shows that the account was activated in 2017.

I also have the receipts on Xbox that prove I’ve spent money on it, such as credits and year passes. I’ve been dealing with this issue for months, and I’ve already tried restarting everything I could. I opened a ticket two weeks ago, but I haven’t received any response yet.

    Conatact ubisoft Support but dont send them an Email because it will take forever for them to respond, call them or go in a live chat support
