Who would you ther have at their Peak???

Both Players are INSANE offensive talent at their Best… Melo would have the edge Defensively because of his body and physicality but Harden was a better playmaker.

I also know Melo retired with 0 Rings and Harden is on the same track… both players are SUPER Talented but have been labeled as “lazy” and “selfish”…

Melo faced the LeBron/Dwade dynasty and had to play against Kobe/T-Duncan/KD etc.

Harden had the Warriors/KD/ dynasty and played against Giannis/Jokic/Steph etc.

Question…. Who would you rather pick for 1 game at their prime? Who would rather build your team around ? Who would you rather draft in 2K?

Harden’s Prime was from around ‘15-‘20

Me Personally I’m leaning towards J-Harden because the NBA had to chance their rules around him because he was so good at drawing fouls. He is a top 3 guard in my opinion after MJ &Kobe. Melo isn’t a top 3 SF (LeBron/KD/Larry Bird) in my opinion but a better playoff player than No Show Harden.

Prime Melo today would not be a top 10 player or maybe even not top 15. Prime Harden today would be top 3. Come on its not close

I love Melo but it’s Harden, he was a complete offensive player with his scoring and passing

Harden by a pretty wide margin imo. Melo was never a good defender and Harden is better than him at what he’s most known for: scoring, and even iso scoring. No disrespect to Melo but Harden clears him. Harden also has an MVP, and should arguably have two.

Prime Harden because his 2017-18 and 2018-19 season, Anthony never came close to that. Harden was the more complete player and also team player. Nowadays he’s the opposite obviously

I’d rather have Melo because I hate watching Harden play basketball, and he quits on every team he’s been on. It just would have sucked having to root for that guy. I also loved Melo in Denver and Syracuse, and if we could have convinced him to play defense like he did in that Lakers WCF, he could have had an even better career.

The question of “Who would you want” is very different from “Who was better”.
