This sounds really weird talking about a moral victory when the season is pretty much make or break against the chiefs but it’s true. We were the team that our up the biggest fight against the best team in the league and we won it if the refs called fair calls for both teams. We may have not won it but it gave me lots of hope since if our offense has a spark like this every damn week we can put up a lot of points. Defense needs to step up though if we wanna win out.

Don’t worry, in a couple weeks we will go to KC and have an exciting and close back and forth game with them, like we tend to do, Josh and Mahomes will light it up, but we will blunder at the end because it will be a “close game” and we blunder those ones.

The Eagles were in the SB last year, they are 10-1, and SB faves, and we went to their house and outplayed them, and all we needed to beat them was ONE of the two missed field goals, so we know we can hang with the best teams, beat them even, but we keep finding creative ways to lose. So yes, we could absolutely go on a winning streak, but will we? Again, we find really dumb ways to lose.

I don’t know it kind of did the opposite for me. I read the other comments and felt the exact same things toward the end of the game. The TD was cool, but I knew the Eagles would tie it if they got the ball back. The knee at 20 seconds put me into a rage for so many reasons. I knew if we didn’t score a TD in overtime, the Eagles would. It’s just an inability to win big games when it’s close. It is becoming so predictable, but never less heartbreaking.
