Since I installed lastest update on my FP4 (Android 13), I’ve had unsolicited reboot up to 10 times a day. This is obviously annoying. I sent a request to FP team but haven’t had an answer yet. It does not seem to be linked to any app in particular and it even happens when screen is not on.
Anyone else experiencing the same? Any solution?
Turn off 5G that helps
Well that’s the answer I just received from their support service as well, thanks! They’re aware of the problem and trying to find a solution.
Same here. I’ve also been facing this problem and have unable to fogure out the root cause. Atoms point I thought it is because of the wifi/5g switching but now I am not sure because the problem persists even if I turn wifi off. It’s really bad. I think I had around 15 restarts today. Ita almost preventing me from using my phone effectively.
I switched off 5G and the issue is gone. But that begs the question: Is this the only way? Am I to choose between slow-but-steady and fast-but-fatal internet?
