I think the first time I played Life is Strange, it really hooked me in. And Valiant Hearts: The Great War. I was genuinely impressed, and had high hopes for more Ubisoft indie games.
Well, that didn’t go well.
But, which games have been your greatest single-player experiences?
Ultrakill, Control, Metro Exodus
Honestly, Bioshock. The unique story-telling of the audio files and the atmosphere is second to none. The developers themselves said they were influenced by thinkers like Ayn Rand and George Orwell. It’s a perfect mixture of everything.
RDR2 for the overall experience, but Skyrim is my favourite single player game.
Titanfall 2. Short but one of the greatest campaigns.
Redfall
Gollum
Rise of Kong
Skyrim, Fallout 4, Fallout 76 (I play solo), Mass Effect Trilogy, Cyberpunk 2077, Middle Earth trilogy.
Metal Gear Solid 3 and Metal Gear Solid 4
Just the emotional rollercoaster for both of them. And both ending with fucking epic tear jerking final battles.
Playing A Plague Tale Innocence then Requiem back to back was the best experience I ever had
Portal 2. This game is also my greatest coop experience
the life is strange games are my favs
When I first played Skyrim a year ago I remember for a few days I didn’t sleep. I was just so immersed into the world
