As per title, I have 2000 mbits/s internet however when I open any games (online or not) or I even keep a blank Chrome tab, the speed drastically decreased.

So I usually download on Steam at 1400/1500 mbits/s, but once I open any of the above mentioned goes to 100 (This happens with anything I’m downloading from anywhere, so take Steam as example online)

Is there any way to set somewhere that my internet will ignore any tab or any apps active (even if it will be affecting online performance)?
