What the title says. I don’t think it’s fair that, even with the reduction of CC in OW2, you can be pretty much stunlocked by an enemy team since what little CC there is now goes entirely towards the singular tank

I think the devs should add a passive such that, if consecutive CCs get applied to a tank, they are less effective.

Say a wrecking ball is slept, and within 2 seconds he’s then shattered and then slowed by Mei freeze - the shatter stun would last less time, and the freeze slow would be much less effective. Ball would have some kind of glow around him so the enemy team knows that CC on him is reduced, and it’ll go away after 2-3 seconds
