even if this isn’t true then just clean house of everyone that was here…im so tired of stuff like this bro…ill take the word over players who have success then then ones who haven’t. With that being said i feel like a coach is a teacher and as a teacher you have to your students ability to learn. even as a parent i can’t discipline all my children the same. some i can give the solid parent stare. others require me to be more strict. either way im ready for this season to be over. i thought we were done with in house stuff being blasted on the internet…its like the last toxic remains of dan snyders stink is still in the building…

If the Offense was doing well and the team was winning games, no one would be questioning his power. But it’s hard to demand respect from your team when your leadership skills have done next to nothing to improve the situation and in some cases even made it worse.

EB as headcoach would be a huge mistake.

Isn’t Ron’s entire job to manage these types of things? It sucks so see things unraveling in Snyder-esque fashion because Ron is a stand-up guy. It’ll be water near a bridge when the season ends, but hurts a bit to see cracks now

Well I guess they were always there. Just that I can see Ron being the type to not say anything because he secretly agrees, but doesn’t want the pushback because he’s marketed himself as “the nice one”

So the culture is still not “Damn Good”…

Whether its players or coaches or both, its a mess and a lot of people are gonna be moving elsewhere this offseason. This is the residual symptoms of the Snyder disease. Giving a mediocre coach way too much power and control, and having him ultimately fail is predictable. It’s just time to move on and the offseason is almost here.

Maybe they were complaining about shotgun running plays on 4th and 2. I can get behind that sorry. Perhaps EB doesn’t allow Sam to audible out of such dumb plays. Could be a number of things other than him coaching hard. I refuse to believe there are multiple guys upset they are getting chewed and have played football since they could walk. It’s part of the culture or it was.

How about they focus on doing what he asks?

This is why these punks crumble at crucial moments . Mentally soft.

I appreciate EB and the new mindset that he was trying to establish. Let’s be honest about it though, he’s not going to be the HC for Washington next season. They’re cleaning house! I just hope they hire a person they truly believe in and not just a popular name because it’s out there. Let the GM pick the coach because they can see what you cannot.

There is not a player on this team good enough to be able to complain about being coached hard, PERIOD. I hope whomever these players are get tossed out at the end of the season as well.

Aside from Lesean McCoy how many ex players of his have complained about him openly? Tyreek pointed out LeSean was mad EB told him to tuck the ball and stop fumbling, then was benched after he kept having costly fumbles. You can Google “LeSean McCoy Chiefs” and almost every picture is of him running with the ball untucked, some of the top results are him fumbling even lol.

Contrast that to Reggie Ragland who wasn’t underneath EB, but EB took the time to pump him up after he was demoted to the Chiefs practice squad:

“First two games I sat out, but I was still on scout team and I made it my sole purpose during practice to mess up practice for our offense,” Ragland said. "During that time I was doing that he was like, ‘Hey man, Reggie, we see you. Keep fighting. Your chance is going to come back to you and when it comes, you just gotta be ready.’ “… I appreciate him as a person and as a coach,” Ragland said. “He’s one of the realest dudes, straightforward dudes you’re ever going to see. He’s a helluva coach. I can’t say nothing bad about him, so I won’t. He’s a great dude and he’s an excellent coach, (and an) excellent person at the end of the day, too. He loves his players, so I respect him a lot.”

EB comes to a loser franchise in Washington with a loser head coach with almost exclusively players that have only known losing in the NFL. And now there’s “he’s too tough on players.” It reminds me of some places I’ve worked where laziness and a lack of accountability pervaded.

I’m not sold on him being the guy either, but part of me wants him to be, just to sit down with the new GM and decide who is worth keeping around. The only guy hired after EB is the QB coach and the development of Howell has been the only reason this team is watchable. As far as I can tell, everyone else that works under EB is Ron’s people.

What if it’s the players asking Ron to take back some of the play calling? Maybe the players know the play calls B.E. Is calling in some situations are bad. I don’t think any of the coaches should stay. Time to move on
