My first instinct is to fire Carmichael. We’ve seen him under multiple QBs and multiple HCs now. If firing Carmichael (and hiring the right OC) doesn’t improve the situation, THEN you fire Allen. If that doesn’t work, THEN you move on from Carr.

Also, this team should probably be spending its top draft picks on linebackers and safeties to help Davis and Mathieu. The incumbents have not impressed me, and the DLine and the CBs can’t keep doing everything. I don’t care if we win 9-0 with the offense playing keep-away, I just want to win.
