Hello all,

I have noticed that in my last 10 games, there was at least 1 smurf in every one of them.
I play in ~3k MMR, and i still see smurfs constantly.
Did that valve smurf ban hammer really solve the issue, or it just made those smurfs buy more accounts.
Can this issue be addressed?
