This is going to sting. But firing Reich is in no way going to make us instantly better. The state the organization and roster is in, we will be lucky to have a winning season in the next 4 years. Things right now are about as bad as they can be when it comes to the future. We will need a miracle, something like a hall of fame coach coming and a huge free agency in order for us to be competitive any time soon. We as fans will have to be patient. Yes it’s been a rough past 5 years, but we are actually in a worse spot than we were then.
