Weird clients in adguard home client list?

Can anyone help me understand if this is normal. I have an opnsense router with the adguard plugin installed. I have unbound dns off and have it getting DNS from adguard home. Lately I noticed my client list is full of a bunch of clients not on my network. Is this normal? Looks at the dns queries the traffic does seem to come locally.

Below is an example:
