Elder Scrolls 3,4 and 5 are currently £15 instead of around £60. I have only played quite a bit of Skyrim on xbox using gamepass and thought it was pretty good. Its not often I have gamepass because I dont use my xbox much so i see no point in paying for gamepass constantly when Im not using it.

I have heard steam versions are bad and require mods to make playable. Anyone know to what extent this is true? All I really want are for the games to work in widescreen and for me to be able to use a controller like you can on xbox (some days I prefer keyboard other days I prefer controller). If mods are required for these basic features that are available on xbox (including morrowind, i played it for 20 minutes and it worked fine with controller) then im just going to get something else because I dont fancy giving money for games that require mods to make playable.

Yes , I could search this up and spend half an hour looking at videos and articles that say conflicting things to find an answer, but im a little busy rn so I thought id ask here and check on it later on :)
