So my mom bought me this laptop for christmas and i was mainly planning to use it for schoolwork and light gaming. I dont really know anything about laptops so i was wondering about the performance. My mom already purchased the laptop but after reading reviews, everyone complains about it being slow and borderline useless? How can it be from a brand new laptop? It comes with 4gb ram that im already thinking about upgrading to 8 or 16gb. Also when i say school use basically i would need it to power a couple websites at a time, and for gaming i would likely use to play smaller steam games with my friends. What issues should i look out for? This will be my first non school issued laptop.
