I have a new LG Gram 17-inch i5-1340P 1.90 GHz (13th Gen Intel) with 16GB RAM. Usually a computer restart fixes it, not always. It’s worse when fans are running wild but happens when Task Manager is chill too. Have tried reinstalling mouse drivers. I have a keyboard and mouse plugged in via USB. I have tried a wireless mouse. However, the pointer lagged intermittently (but often) just the same as USB mouse. It’s ONLY when a 27-inch 4k display is plugged in. Tried adjusting resolution down to see if pushing too many pixels but didn’t help. I have battery saver mode on all the time and I’m using efficiency settings anywhere I can. Again, it doesn’t seem related to how hard the computer is working exactly, because it can happen when the amount of system resources being used is very low. Needless to say, this is frustrating as my previous laptop did not do this. Any ideas on how to fix? I’ve seen other threads about this being a Windows 11 issue, but I’m having trouble finding a permanent fix besides restarting the computer. When I put it to sleep and then wake it up again after some time, the issue returns.

Update: Disabling monitor driver seems to have resolved the issue!
