i cut the factory stereo harness out of my car.

what the title says. my friend told me i had to to wire it in. but looks like he was wrong. now it’s just a bunch of wires sticking out of the dash. what would be the best option to wire this thing back up because i don’t even know what to do right now. any help is appreciated thanks.
