Bears should hire Duce Staley as the RB coach in the off season. Thoughts?

I don’t pretend to be someone with tons of football knowledge, but I don’t understand why the Bears would hire a new RB coach. The Bears have 3 really good RB’s. One of the few strong spots.
The worst team in the league didn’t want him. Why would we?
