So I’m not getting any quick support from Steam… they say they are busy…

Prior to the latest update (updated 3 days ago) the steamdeck was working fine. No mods, hardware or software, completely stock, never opened, ect. After the last update my steamdeck will make the turn on chime and then just stay blank. I let it charge over night, same issue. I tried the … and power button to try and roll back the update but it doesn’t work either. Going on 3 days now and so lost on what to do. Anybody deal with this same issue and know a fix?
