We have a talent deficit. Guys who were supposed to be rock solid starters just aren’t there.
And Mark Davis has chosen (up till now. crossing my fingers) poor coaching talent.
It comes down to poor judgement of talent all the way through the organization. This could continue to happen… spirals and fractals of poor judgement. Scary sheet.
The Raiders have a long history of bad draft picks but a lot of that was Al Davis’ stubbornness. Hopefully Mark picks a good GM that can create a more complete roster.
