My dad was quoted $1150 to replace a cracked windshield in his Tesla that was damaged all the way back in January, he’s still driving with the crack. Ford won’t have an issue selling EVs when the cost of replacement parts is not the cost of a cheap used car.
My 2009 Ford fusion cost me $680 last year to maintain and that included a new power window, two cylinder heads, and 4 oil changes.
