Backstory: So my brother was on and he did something with some sort of popup and he doesnt know what he did.
I am on windows 11
Opera GX runs fine
Fortnite runs 4 fps and for some reason says its on 250 ms (i average 8)
Minecraft runs 10 fps and is delayed
I have cleaned my pc, updated drivers, uninstalled some games, In fortnite i have set all my graphics to low and that is not the problem
everything else that i have tested seems to run fine. please help
