I have a 2022 rav 4 xle. I got a compustar starter installed last Tuesday, and since then my gas guage needle has not moved. Is it possible something got disconnected during the install? My distance to empty has been changing but not the guage itself.

Also do you guys know if the fuel light would still come on in this situation? DTE is currently 29km and light still has not come on

I’m going back to the install place tomorrow to get it checked. But was unsure if I should fill up my gas before going.
