Why is it whenever I play sniper I get a ton of kills and farm but still lose the game?
Is it fair to say that ending the game early is not some players goal?
I notice that by the 20 min mark we can usually go for their main base and win, yet team disbands. They start jungling. They all scattered.
I just played a game where we did just that, then our PA and the offlane just started jungling and wouldnt stop. We had 4 of them down and 1 down on our team and no push. At the end, PA was in jungle while our mid barracks and tower was getting attacked. I ran over to PA for less than 30 seconds and then PA decides to run back to our base where the other 3 are getting destroyed, only to jump into the middle of everything and die. I was alone and got team beat down.
I love playing sniper because I do well with him and always get lots of kills/farm, but my team consistently flakes off after about 10 minutes because they don’t like that I have most of the kills and farm. So instead of winning, they go off on their own and try to split team so they can play longer.
Frustrating not being in a decent bracket where players know if you have the early win you take it and not mess around.

communicate your intentions, if the other people are not interested in carrying out your plan you have to find a different plan that meets everyones goals
not being able to take objectives in a good way is very normal for low and middle ranks. likewise your opponents will also have that problem. its even harder to take base towers when a sniper is defending them.
Sniper is a hero that you pick when you have a good frontline. I legit won a game where opponent had 40k lead + megas because I was playing Sniper and my team had a good frontline. Trying to play Sniper without a strong frontline is just asking for at some point a hero in the enemy team getting fed of you and deciding to shut you down, and there goes half or more of your team damage.
It seems more that you are picking Sniper in a bad game for Sniper and not noticing how you can easily throw games with him after getting fed on a hero that has few escapes.
Going for lategame seems to be the way now its so hard to get a team that can coordinate a early push/fight
