A lot of people wanted Byron Leftwich as HC and anyone but Baalke as GM. How times have changed. I can’t imagine not having Pederson at the helm.

To be fair to Leftwich, he had been an OC in Arizona and in Tampa Bay and was being groomed as Arian’s successor. Pederson is absolutely the guy though
