i have an all in one streamer/integrated amp from naim that i leave on 24/7, and recently tested out a NAD c 3050 LE- noticed this amp turns off after 15 mins or so of being left on standby w no music playing, which i thought was a little weird. do you leave your integrated amp on or off? thanks

Thats bad for the environment and your electricity bill. My Leak Stereo 130 turns off after 15mins if no signal (except in turntable setting I turn off manually). My TUK system also automatically turns off.

My SMSL stack stays on 100% of the time. It goes into standby mode which is essentially the same as hitting the power button.

My vintage stack is only when I am using it, although if I am doing something else for a short period I will leave it idle but not more then like 30 minutes.

If it can sleep and wake on its own then I will let it power off. If I have to get up and turn it on, I leave it on.

I have it hooked up to the trigger out in my AVR (which I only use because it has HDMI ARC). So it’s off anytime my TV and AVR are off.

As for my headphone DAC/AMP, both the one in my office and the one on my sim rig are off unless I’m using their respective computers.
