I agree with this and I’m sure next year will be better. But I don’t exactly think we are throwing anything away at this point by saying “lets get a new coach and GM”. Neither have really shown that they are better than average, and they are likely worse. The fact that we have so much dead cap and only one non-rookie skill player is a GM issue. And the fact that we can’t execute non-lateral passing plays, won’t hand the ball to Jones, and go in shotgun 4 times in a row from the 1 is a coaching issue.
