Crazy that from Discovery premiering in 2017 we got another decade of Trek on TV. ENT-DIS felt like ages had passed, even with the Kelvinverse films but this era flew by.

I thought this was cancelled? If it’s not I will watch it. I missed S1 but then wasn’t going to go back and watch it because I thought I read it was cancelled anyhow.

It is canceled 😞 Season 2 is the last season. My hope is this will change if season 2 does well. But yeahhh

I’m sorry to tell you the sets have already been dismantled and set pieces already sold off. It’s one thing to renew a show that still had its physical pieces, another thing to have to rebuild everything again.

It’s in a weird spot - they picked it up for a second season very early on, but then cancelled it. So we’re in this weird position of knowing there’s another season coming, but also that it will be the last one.

And just as frustratingly, we know that it ends on cliffhanger of sorts (or an unfinished story at the very least based on writer’s comments).

How the writers room thought that was a good idea in this day and age is just unfathomable.
