We lost our starter, shit sucks but let’s not compound the issue by panicking and trying to salvage this season.

We have a young team, we are not ready to compete with Carson Wentz, Trey Lance or any other QB you could realistically roll out there.

The best move is to accept the circumstances and try to turn it to your advantage.

    Maybe you mean to say plsease stew for a while and not jump to give up future picks for a shit chance at continuing. Even with Kirk passing so dang well this season the team is still 4 and 4 and was lousy enough to blow so many early on.

    I know they have worked hard to improve and both the Oline and the defense look hella improved. But they still can’t run block for shit and some half assed inconsistent QB likely gets nothing done with this team and a Coach that loves screens.

    Although, I wouldn’t rule out some kind of gunslinger QB coming in and running the offense as he sees fit and making a run for something. They are not void of talent. A super aggressive passer might surprise people. But finding one with any accuracy is probably asking a bit much.

    This is why they had backup players in place and they should give those players an opportunity.

    I mean I don’t think anyone wants to do any trade like that. The problem is with the way the defense is playing we prolly still got 2-3 wins left in us. That puts at like 8-14. From there to top three you probably still have to leverage two first round picks.
