I’ve been a huge supporter of Matt Lafluer.

I have defended his coaching record, took the teams side with the AR drama, and Love as someone who can become a really good QB in the league.

Matt Lafluer seems to have lost this team. They do NOTHING well.

We can’t run, we can’t pass. We can’t stop the run, we can’t defend the pass. Our special teams is still God awful, just to a slightly lesser degree than our historically awful ST. We can’t even get out of our own way with penalties.

Our Oline can’t block on running downs or passing downs, yet no one gets yanked or replaced. Our defense cannot stop passes because we play zone the entire game, but won’t adjust the playcalling. We are near the bottom of the league in stopping the run with multiple AllPro/high round draft picks on our defense

Our best players seem to be regressing weekly, our bad players get worse, and our playcalling is dysfunctional on all fronts.

And nothing gets changed. No one loses their job, no one gets pulled or replaced unless they are hurt.

So here it goes: I am now actively calling for Matt Lafluers job. I’m done with his smirky, confused, stupid face. Time to go.

He has refused to address the coaching issues, his players look unmotivated and undisciplined. We are now a BUNCH of games with an abysmal half of football to start games.

If he won’t address the issues, and hasn’t figure out what’s happening after 8 weeks, he isn’t going to. At best, he’s gonna stumble into an answer, which is the opposite of a prepared coaching staff and team.

Fire Gute, Fire Lafluer. Fire everyone. Sell the assets (what assets?), keep the young guys, replace everything else, from front office to ballboys.

What an embarrassment to Green Bay Packers football. Watching this team the last 6 weeks reminds me of the end of Mike McCarthy era. The players seem dialed out. There is no energy, and there is NOTHING that we do that resembles professional football.

Downvotes away, whatever. It’s not going to happen, but fire them all.

I’m done with this front office and coaching staff.

Been around since the 80s. I’m not a whipsaw fan who’s emotions change from drive to drive.

My change of heart stems from watching the body language of the team and coaching along with the final product on the field.

This team doesn’t look like they understand what they are doing, as evidenced by multitudes of analysts and reviews showing that players are in the wrong spot on the field.

Failed plays just look like guys working 9-5 in an office, with nothing to look forward to but the weekend and no passion or fire. It’s uninspiring football, and I don’t think MLF is capable or sufficiently equipped to pull a young team with almost no vet experience out of this tailspin.

And this isn’t even speaking to the fact that this part of our schedule to was the EASY part of our schedule this season.

So while you think I’m talking out my ass, instead I’ll invite you to name a few of the things that are improved on this team from week 1 through now.

Name as many as you like or can, I’m open to being wrong.

The problem is… I cannot for the life of me see or think of a single thing that has gotten better on this team, or even stayed “status quo”. To me, all phases of our football operation have gotten worse week by week, with no catalyst (like an injury returning soon) that can break stride and see it get better thereafter.

Wait, I found one- out kicking game. Both our new punter and Kicker appear better, not ST mind you, but the 2 players. Outside that, all worse than where we sat 2 months ago.
