When will matchmaking be fixed?

I am eager to get back to trolling on ranked. But the wait times are exceedingly long! I long for the opportunity to blow up teammates with Finka-Flores or get them banned with Goyo fire strategy. Oh, how I pine for the silly messages my angry teammates send me after our landslide defeats in ranked!
