I’ve owned my deck for over a year and this last week I noticed that my right bumper required more pressure to register a click…in some cases, holding the right bumper down would result in an intermittent response.
Nonetheless, god bless Valve and their willingness to RMA my deck even past the one year mark. I am getting ready to do a factory reset and pack the deck but, I was wondering, does anyone know how long the process generally takes? Is two weeks a fair guess?

Yes. Their return centers are pretty congested rn due to all the OLED rma so expect it to take a week to send back and then another week to get a new one.
