I just installed decky, in the correct order. But vibrantdeck did not show up in the decky store. Even when i factory reset my deck, and installed it again, it would still not show up. What am i doing wrong here?

I think with the 3.5 update you don’t even need vibrantdeck anymore. You can set the screen saturation in the display settings.
