All these takes of firings and benching Carr are kind of ridiculous…

Firing anyone mid season would be a big mistake. There’s no one you can promote or hire that will come in and fix things in a couple weeks. Same with QB. There’s awful QB play from over half the league right now and Carr is just average. How can you upgrade here? You guys want to bring in RG3?

Accountability should be held in the offseason. When you can evaluate things rationally and look at options. The team is cash strapped but it has a lot of talent. Which is why we’re all disappointed here, because a lot of talent has equaled middling results. The solution to the problem of firing Carmichael and DA, lies on who can you get to improve this team, who will step in and do a better job. The problem is that both these coaches are amazing for their previous position but both lack an ability for in game adjustments, play calling, awful time clock management and a general inability to close out games.

The only way forward here is to ride out this season, try to win the South. It’s still VERY DOABLE. In the offseason you try and find a coach that would be an upgrade and if not, unfortunately try again and as we all know, they will suck and we should be on tank-a-thon mode. It’s still way waaay too early to tank this season.

Sadly, this puts us fans in a position to watch shitty football for the foreseeable future, but hey, at least we’re not the Panthers. Nothing worse than whiffing on the top pick that you traded for a huge haul of players and draft capital. Saddest team in the league.

Why? I don’t want to see either of them coach another game. I’d be perfectly content to fire them and lose the remaining 6 games
