Hi there,

Have a strange issue and i’ve no idea how it’s happened. But i’m wondering what the ‘system’ partition holds and how to move it to another disk?

I have a 500Gb SSD holding Windows (C:), I have a 1Tb HDD holding games (G:), but the G drive is marked as System, and I cannot boot unless it is plugged in. It’s very strange… Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Found a fix after posting! Download EasyBCD. Open -> BCD Backup/ Repair -> Change Boot Drive!

Now after removing the G: drive, it still boots using only the SSD!
