I’m trying to reset this work computer to factory Windows 10. When I use the “shift” bootup menu, “reset PC” is not an option. Well I go through Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery, there’s an error while downloading the file.

Okay I thought, so I created a bootable Windows 10 USB. I have the bootable USB going and have selected “Repair My PC”. I go to the Troubleshoot menu to reset my PC…and there’s still no “Reset PC” option.

What are my options? The command prompt from the Troubleshoot menu goes to “X:\Sources”? What the fuck is X:\Sources?
