How to make fps stable during teamfight,i got a lot of drop in teamfight from 190 to 115 fps during teamfight

My spec Rx 6600,32gb ram 3600 mhz (16×2)dual channel single rank I5 12400f

Is it because of gpu or by the game it self?

    Dude anything above 60fps is good. The fact that you’re getting 190-115 during heavy team fights is great.
