Anyone know what a California incentive program will look like in 2024? With CVRP gone, haven't been able to find details on what replaces it (if anything)

CVRP is a goner. I saw a news article that said a new program will be wrapped up into Clean Cars For All and be for low income but no specific details about who qualifies and what terms.

Anyone happen to have the scoop?
