I’m looking to buy a 991.1 in the next year and am obsessively scrolling through online listings. It looks like the vast majority of cars have a dark interior. No judgement cause my current car does too, but I love how you can see interior details with a lighter color and the contrast with the exterior is so nice. Am I alone on this one?

My 991.1 has the Luxor beige interior throughout including the alcantra headliner. It has such a classic look imo.

It’s at 94k miles now and the interior is in mostly like new condition as the previous owner did a fantastic job of maintaining it.

I have kept this up by keeping it clean weekly and I will say that it is so worth it because the contrast with the sapphire blue exterior is just amazing. Go for it!

Maybe I’m naive but I think that I’m going to love it so much I’m going to want to spend the time cleaning it. I guess we’ll have to wait and see but I have hope to be a responsible owner

People have this untrue assumption that black cars and black interiors sell easier and clean better.

    None of that is true.

Black cars show scratches like no other and black leather shows wrinkles like no other.

But lets say none of that is true.

People when buying a car do not prefer black on black. End of story.

Any interior color other that white or black is the easiest and any exterior color but black is better at hiding scratches.
