Insane how a team can throw this many resources at him and none of our guys can get home.

Analzone it’s 3rd on the team in sacks… With 3. Yikes.

This isn’t a lack of line talent. This is not properly teaching our guys how to take advantage of this and not putting them in the position to do so.

You absolutely cannot let teams get away with triple teaming. When you see that you need to adjust the defensive scheme to make them pay

It’s a combination of a bad D coordinator and lack of talent if we were to be honest.

I’m telling you if we had a competent DC he would be closer to 10 than he is to 1

Cominsky, Paschal, and the Okwaras combined for 9 sacks in the final 10 games last year. They can get to the QB, but it seems like they’re being asked to almost overplay the run and are much less aggressive against the pass. It also shows in the blitz rate (which is 7% lower than last year).

Hopefully Houston will help shore things up. IMO we should stop trying to convert him into an every-down player in games until teams figure him out. Save that shit for the practice field

      Brad deserves more than 15%

He basically only brought Hutch and Alim

While this is total speculation, part of me wonders if he was more unwilling than normal to trade away any draft picks this year because the Draft is gonna be in Detroit and he just wanted more reason for local excitement?

Just head cannon, but I wonder all the same.

I don’t think so but I feel like we should have been more aggressive especially when 8-2 at the time

If this is happening it’s up to the coaches (AG) to adjust and gameplan a way to force teams into putting him in 1 on 1, literally what Minnesota and Chicago are doing but that might be asking for too much

The article starts off saying we’re blaming hutch. We don’t blame hutch. We say he has no help. That’s a big difference
