Considering what happened last season with Winston’s injury, and the ongoing woes right now with the team on an easy schedule. Should we start to question whether the players believe in their HC? Just curious with how we’ve been harshly reacting to recent performances.

I think the players are keeping it together… but imo you can tell they are not bought in… there was a hilarious mashup of AK saying we can’t just be talking about doing better etc then it cuts to DA and saying “we need to do better” he’s so fucking disillusioned and disconnected from the players it’s not even funny. AK saying the team doesn’t have an identity then DA says they are a running team… like what fucking games are you watching thinking we are a running team. It’s just sad
I’m not sure what it is with DA, even as the Raider coach, the guy seemed to lack any type of passion. Just this clock in and get a paycheck mentality.

I think he lost the locker room last year…when he chose Dalton over Jameis. The players liked playing with Jameis. Look how different the offense looked in the 2H against the Vikings. Yes…Jameis threw INTs…but it looked like the other players were playing harder for him.
It’s hard to have faith in a coach…that has a long history of losing. Dennis Allen is a proven loser. Why would any player buy into the shit sandwich he’s serving ?
I don’t understand how you trade up for Penning because you think Winston on that roster is worth it. Then he loses his job to injury for Dalton?
Tbh, I don’t think he has ever had the locker room. They’re professionals and they’re just clocking in and going home.
The team spoke very highly of SP, it wasn’t just PR niceties, unlike how they talk about DA. You could tell they actually respected SP. The long pauses before the answering questions regarding DA/DC are very loud!
Every decisión he makes is the wrong one. Something would seem obvios and he does the opposite . Plus his defense is out of out. Running qbs have been exposing him for years.
