    Anyone but Bill Belichick.

Robert Mayes and Nate Tice talked about it in yesterday’s athletic football show. They say BBs malpractice the past two years should be disqualified from being an NFL HC next year and I agree.

He took a fiery Rookie Mac Jones who lead a team to the playoffs, and made him regress by putting a horrific offensive coaching staff and offensive skill players around him. Mac Jones literally isn’t going to have a job in the NFL next year because BB ruined it.

If you want that around this team you’re crazy.

    1. FRANK SMITH - Shane Steichen gets a lot of love for the Chargers offense during Herbert’s first year, but that O line played well despite lacking talent. I credit Frank Smith. He’s in Miami now and I’m not crediting him for McDaniel’s success, but he’s done really well wherever he’s been. We need someone that can protect Herbert and I believe he’s the guy.

    2. Robert Selah - if he’s available, he’d be a steal. An obvious switch in mentality that this team needs. Nobody is scared of the physicality of our team. While our interior d line has been ok, they’ve never been an asset and I have faith that Selah could finally right this ship.

    3. Ben Johnson - a clear game changer for our offense. His style is unlike anything else in the league and makes Goff look good. Imagine what it would do to Herbert.

    4. BB - There’s a lot of downside on this one, but if there is only 1 coach that can break our curse, it’s probably this guy. Maybe he doesn’t get us to the Super Bowl, but he actually coaches and develops players. He gets the best out of what he has and that’s something we surely need. But more than anything, he’s going to exercise the demons we’ve been seeing since our 1st ranked offense and 1st ranked defense couldn’t make the playoffs.

    5. Anyone not named Jim Harbaugh. I’m not convinced that he can fix this team. Furthermore, he’s going to bring a whole lot of drama and attention from his NCAA scandal. We don’t need that guy with the shitshow our team is.
