This might be a bad idea but the winner of the IST should win a type of jewellery which is similar but not a ring, such as necklace like that of the bucks 2021 ring. I think it could add to fans wanting their team to win and may actually be worthwhile for nba stars who make 500K in a week.

And instead of those garish courts to signify it’s an IST game, make the refs wear a different uniform instead. Like make them wear a crown and a big T (as in tournament, not technical) on their shirt because they like to be the center of attention too. Soothe their egos or something.
