Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I bought an Arctis 1 Wireless headset and it comes with a USB C wireless dongle. I thought it would be plug and play but it doesn’t seem to see the headset. It just plays audio from the SD’s speakers.

I looked in Settings > Audio and changed to external device but nothing comes out of the headset.

I went into desktop mode to look at audio settings and nothing seems to pop up there either. If I show hidden devices I see a headset option but it’s greyed out and if I select it still nothing comes out or the headset.

Can anyone help?
