I’m sure this will be down voted but at this point, Brogdon should be starting with Scoot coming off the bench just to take pressure off of him until hes more comfortable. Right now he has the weight of the world on his shoulders and it playing pretty poorly right now.
Why are you trying to win? The more we lose the better, the more scoot develops the better.
It’s like in baseball, bringing a guy up from the minors before he’s ready can do more harm than good. Idk if that applies here but I wouldn’t mind having him come off the bench.
He will develop less off the bench. He needs guys with spacing around him. And there are literally no one who can shoot on the second unit. We need guys to actually start hitting shots, it’s not like he’s not putting them in the position to score but they literally aren’t. My only gripe is his bad turnovers. He only had 4 today which is not good, not bad. His foul trouble is fine with me. He’s being aggressive.
We are expecting him to be dame in year 1. Dame is a top 75 player and is an exception, not the rule.
How did you get upvotes? I said this YESTERDAY and got fucking destroyed.
Maybe starting Brogdon against contending teams and scoot against other rebuilding teams can be a decent compromise?
Terrible take. Chauncey benching him three games after saying he’s going to be patient and give scoot room to make mistakes would actually be insane. Thank god you aren’t the coach
