Small Business Ops - what questions do you have?

I have to give an hour presentation next month for global entrepreneur week. The broad topic assigned is: Small Business Operations (I"m a fractional COO).

There will be everything from solopreneur to agency owners (with 20+ employees)…

I wanted to hit on 101 level questions and was wondering… when it comes to business operations - what are your questions?
