Almost all is in title, i have an appointment in few hours with a guy who sell his steam deck oled new and never opened for 500€ instead of 569€ (he put to 550, i offered 500). I found this strange, i ask a couple of questions then, he told me that he would get cash from his cs go skins and that’s why he bought the steam deck from the steam shop.

I checked for cs go cash in steam shop, it’s seems true, he can’t get cash in his bank account in selling cs go skins, what do you think about?

Any things to check on the sealed product before buy it (he get the bills btw).
