I’ve got a 2023 530i with the B48 engine, and I’m planning on trying to start things off well with changing oil every 5000 mi. In between the dealer services, any recommendation for oil type. I only see in the manual that 0W-20 and 0W-30 are recommended. I live in a colder climate so I’m planning on running 0W-20. I’m predisposed to use Mobil 1 or Liqui Moly if I can find it. Any thoughts on this? On the right track or would something else be better?
