I’m looking for suspension headband headphones like the Philips Fidelio X2HR, but with active noise cancellation. I can’t seem to find any though. Does this not exist?
The reason I’m looking for it is because I just bought the Sony mh-1000mx4 but the headband is hurting my head when wearing them for long times. Before this I had a cheap set of suspension headband headphones that were way more comfortable IMO.
EDIT: I’ve found the Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless which fits the bill. However this is a gaming headset so I’m assuming it will probably have a lesser sound quality than the Sony 1000mx-4. Can anyone comment on this?

Try a headband cover on the Sony, you can get ones that spread out the headband a bit better that I find invaluable, I have them on almost all my non-suspension headbands.
